How to prepare for your spray tan appointment

Fill out the forms sent to your email

This must be completed before your appointment

Preparation Shower

This should be done 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. NO Dove soap. Use spray tan friendly body wash, shave and exfoliate.

Hydrate yourself

Use a spray tan friendly lotion and keep moisturized during the few days leading up to your appointment. Drinking more water will help tremendously.

Day of Spray Tan Appointment

No products on the skin - THIS CREATES A BARRIER + THE TAN WON"T FULLY DEVELOP RIGHT
No showering - IF YOU HAVE TO SHOWER DO A COLD RINSE OFF, HOT WATER OPENS THE PORES
Perfume, Lotion, + Deodorant will leave residue on the skin and will prevent it from developing correctly
Drink lots of water to hydrate your skin

FIRST RINSE

Lukewarm water only
No products
No scrubbing, wash cloth, or loofah
Rinse until the water goes CLEAR
Pat yourself dry

Spray Tan Friendly Products

You should be using spray tan friendly products! Allison has products to offer if you need some.

Luke warm showers

Avoid super hot showers or bathing for a long time. Also avoid hot tubs, jacuzzi, and swimming pools. You will notice your tan will fade faster. Pat yourself dry, do not rub the skin.
